Welcome
On behalf of the Organising and Scientific Committees, I would like to extend a warm invitation to attend the 9th Australasian Lymphology Association Conference, ‘Hot Topics in Lymphology’ to be held in Cairns, Tropical North Queensland, 24th – 26th May 2012.
The Scientific Committee is working to provide an innovative, thought provoking and quality three day Conference program. In addition to the highly successful workshops and papers of the past, we are looking forward to a number of interactive and lively panel debates around contemporary issues. The focus on ‘Hot Topics’ such as climate, melanoma, uro-genital cancers, as well as other treatment strategies across the world, will keep us abreast with current issues to inform our clinical practice. This will promote further growth of delegates clinical skill sets.
In addition to the high quality and captivating Conference, program, the scenic backdrop of Cairns and the tropical north of Australia provides a fabulous opportunity to explore this relaxed, picturesque tropical paradise with all it has to offer, including the reef and rainforest.
I encourage you to save the date now to be part of the 2012 ALA Conference, not only to update your clinical practice and knowledge of the latest research through the extensive scientific program but to include some leisure time in this must see destination.
The team look forward to welcoming you to Cairns in 2012 and you leaving inspired and refreshed by a truly memorable Conference experience.
